Today was a lazy day as I was up since 4am and got smacked in the head with a case of jet-lag so I didn’t last long at all. Lunch had been organised with a long time friend who lives in London not far from where my sister lives. Roast chicken and veges was on the menu, which was much looked forward too.
Lunch was tasty and well prepared, so while sitting on the couch with a full belly and fierce jet-lag I couldn’t keep my eyes open any longer and cat-napped on the couch for a couple of hours, luckily it didn’t matter too much to my host and guest.
I went to bed early tonight but I know that I will be wide awake at some ungodly hour as punishment for going to bed early…always happens when I want an early night!
